Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

All items are created at the time you submit your order.  The items are not kept in a warehouse, rather created specifically for you.  Due to this, general returns/exchanges are not accepted.  However, should the product arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, please let me know as soon as possible.
